Marcia,

this doesn't appear (for me) in the index of Blogs at the top of this page.

For some reason DataFlex Diagnostics runs and gets stuck on this error. Can this be solved?

Thanks, Dave. Our Blogs should be in chronological order but, as you noticed, something is not quite right... We are looking into it.

We'll look into what is causing this error. Do you remember how far into the process (% displayed) the tool was? Could you post a bit of information on the system and options you were using?

Hi Marcia,

I get this at "50% Getting DataFlex Enviroment Information". I am using Windows 10. I have (Visual) DataFlex 17.1, 18.0, 18.1 and 18.2 as development enviroments. I have installed all DataFlex software in C:\DataFlex (and not under C:\Program Files). I have tried one revision at a time, but I still get this error. On another laptop it runs fine.

Thanks for the extra information. That will help tracking this down.
