Greetings,

I am about to start using the Codejock controls and as I search the VDF Help files for clues etc. I find that almost all the Help is text only. I need some visual examples of what I can do with these controls. I found (so far) only two pictures of command bars, menu bars. Is there anything else available? I am looking to put my menu down the left side of the app instead of at the top. I would like use something like the VDF Guidance menu, similar to the Outlook style. Is that possible (easy) with Codejock? Is there an existing tutorial or example?
TIA!

Hi Tod,

I recommend you have a look at QuizMaster Manager, which can be downloaded here (http://www.vdf-guidance.com/Projects.asp?Page=QMMDOWNLOAD).

It comes with full source code that describes and tests all sorts of different CodeJock Menu/Toolbar stuff.

After you've installed, run the demo video clips from the Help menu.

After that you probably want to have a look at the Program Preferences dialog - and then view the source code on how it's done.

HTH.

Hi Tod,
The codejock samples and help file are included, see http://www.vdfsig.co.uk/1seater.asp?pageid=1004

Oops!

When I re-read Tod's message I realize that he's probably in need of the Short-cut bar or Task-panel.

Thus the sig-classes is far more interesting. I thought he meant to place the menu-bar at the left hand side of the screen - something that is described in QMM (amongst other stuff that can be done with the CodeJock menu/toolbars).

Sorry for the confusion.
