Hi Anders,
In the mean time I've found another bug, very easily reproducible. Open
anything maximized in the studio, alt-tab to another program and alt-tab
back again. The min/max/close-buttons disappear. You can still click them,
and they will show up while the mouse button it pressed, but then they
disappear again.
This is a known bug:

It doesn't seem to be easily reproducible; I've only seen it twice. If I
figure out what triggers it I'll get back to you.

Another thing I remembered, if I edit a file but doesn't save it, then I
alt-tab to another program and alt-tab back again, I get a "another program
has edited this file, reload?". If I choose reload, my changes are lost. No
other program touches the file, so it's the studio getting confused. This is
not 100% reproducible, but I've seen it about 10 times. I think it's only
when the file is in "visual editing" mode, not in the code explorer.
