For evaluating designs I have put MyWebsite and a Quaicia website
online. (You can find them on www.appvantage.nl/mywebsite and
www.appvantage.nl/quaicia).

Three pages didn't show the correct graphics and that irritated me. The
advantage of this is, that I had to find out how Electos works. And it
works nice!!! In Context.dat there were three hard codes URL's to
http://localhost/Electos. I changed the pages on the Electos way and now
they are something like src="@img_6@". In the zip file you will find the
corrected pages for Electos 3.1. (I am running 3.1.15).

Peter,

I have seen this before (a lot actually) on a few websites that get edited a
lot. I haven't upgraded them to 3.1 yet so I am hoping the problem will go
away. In the mean time, I wrote a small app that would search for @img_@
tags in the context.text so I could fix them.

If your sites were created in an earlier version, I would keep an eye out to
see if 3.1 has the same problem.

David,

Good idea. I have one older demo website with the same problem. I will
check it.

I haven't done too much with Electos (understatement), but I am taking
it more serious. I have two commercial WebApps and both clients don't
have a well designed website (not at all). At this moment they are not
going to shop for a new website at their DataFlex developer (me), but
when I am good enough at it, I will make a good chance.
