Hi all

Although I've been with DataFlex since 2.3 (no comments please!!) I'm new to
Electos.

I'm getting an error when I try to import images into Electos, all goes well
with browsing to the file, but when I press "Add" I get the following error.

Any ideas?

Sorry if this has already been reported, I did search but couldn't find
anything.

I *have* to comment - 'cause I'm an old dog myself. So are lots of others
still with DF.

What version of Electos? Anything before 3, you cannot use anything but
Internet Explorer. FireFox (for example) can blow things up in a nasty way.

If that's not it, those more knowledgeable with Electos may have some other
ideas.

Thanks Garret.

I'm using IE6 and Electos 3.0.

I'm an old dog too :-)
wich electos version? Check, if it less than 3.0.16, dowload latest from
ftp://ftp.dataaccess.com/pub/products/electos/software/
think it was some bug in the version before.

Are you downloading jpg to "files" section?

Hi Per

I'm using the Electos3.0.Download.exe from the ftp site which has the same
date, time (1 minute later) and size as the 3.0.16 version, so I HOPE its
the same.

Yes, I'm uploading jpg files

Not any special character/symbol in the picture name?
Database corrupt, reindex?
Perhaps corrupt content in the jpg-file, test another jpg for sure.
