While ZoneAlarm is running the web page can be found but is waiting waiting
waiting for a reply...until "The page cannot be displayed" screen comes up.
What do I need to set in ZoneAlarm to allow the access?

The IP address shown in the event log is setup in ZA in the Trusted zone and
I can't see any programs that deny access.

Hi,

One thing I have noticed with ZoneAlarm is that it blocks the use of
cookies. The Electos studio needs to be able to set cookies to be able
to
log you in. The front-end (the website) does not use cookies by default.

Can you check whether cookies are allowed for the Electos site?

Regards,
Thijs

Thanks. I had to turn off cookies & ad blocking under Privacy options in
ZoneAlarm.
