I'm wondering if anybody in the group that is using the Unix or Linux
Dataflex 3.2 version knows of any tools to automate testing? If not, do
you do anything other than manual testing and what? I'm also curious if
anybody in the group has written test programs in Dataflex to test other
Dataflex applications. Please respond to the email address below.

Thanks for your help,

Hi Skip,

We have created test scrips for testing DataFlex Character Mode
programs, using the VB script capabilities of Reflextion (www.wrq.com).

You can record a macro, then alter this in VBscript and run it. I also
wrote a VDF program that started Reflection eg 80 times (on same
machine), and started different scripts. This was to load test the DB2
database, when we converted our Backend from DF tables to DB2 tables.

Hope this is helpful.
