Hi

We are using DF 3.1d on SCo and I am wondering if there is a way to see what
files are locked. We are trying to fix a "Lock timeout" error in a large
application with 100 users.

For DF2.3b-style files on a DOS/Windows system I know how to do it.
Download http://www.monitor.nl/df/dfloktst.zip and place dfloktst.com in
your DOS-path. Then try dfloktst.flx to see if it works.

I am not sure if this works for DF3-style files and/or if the locking
mechanism is the same under SCO. Under DOS/DF2.3b only 1 byte of a *.dat
file is locked when DF issues a reread or lock.

If you can access the SCO-drive as a virtual drive from a Windows machine,
you might take a shot at it.

A very short description how dfloktst.com can be used is at the beginning
of dfloktst.asm (which contains the assembler source for dfloktst.com).
