H E L P ! Please?

I am having technical difficulty running DFMAINT CLEANUP on a data file with
"duplicate" records.
Of course, Auotmatic is whited out & unavailable, so that is not an option.

The F2 key refuses to function, (just moved application from W98SE system to
W2K Pro, as W98SE system is no longer functioning/stable).

I also seem to having a problem running DFBROWSE, (via DFRUN DFBROWSE - says
Program File not FOUND DFBROWSE - yet DFBROWSE.SRC is on the system in it's
right place...

Henrik Staun Poulsen of Denmark suggested:
Function keys are defined in termlist.cfg and in dfini.cfg.

So if you are running Dataflex 3.1d for DOS, you just need to make
sure
your dfpath envirronment variable points to those files.

I tried these things - still no go.
The old system was an Acer / AOpen PC running W98SE.
New system is a IBM NetVista running W2K.

Is there any way I can run CleanUp without having to use that darn F2
Function key?
Is there any way I can edit/update the TERMLIST.CFG so it understands any
underlying system differences so I can get these Function Keys to work?
It seems the F1 Function get gets into the HELP - but then I can not scroll
downward.
F2 - and other keys - no go.

So frustrating!

Appreciate any assistance, guidance, suggestion, direction.

UPDATE:
I have re-installed DF31D and things appear to be a bit better.
DFBROWSE is now working, and DFMAINT CLEANUP now is allowing Automatic
Cleanup.
F2 key still out to lunch. US English Keyboard.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

Scott,

FYI: you can use DFrun(Con) DfConfig to edit DfIni.Cfg

Also: is F2 working in other applications? Maybe you have a hardware
failure...
