View Full Version : Problem with CE 9 RAS Install

I've installed Crystal 9 Developer Edition on my Win XP system, along with
the DataFlex Connectivity Kit. Then I installed the Crystal Enterprise 9
Report Application Server that came with it, and I'm not able to launch
ePortfolio. I can see the RAS Launchpad, but clicking on the link to Launch
ePortfolio Lite just displays "the page cannot be displayed. HTTP 500 -
Internal server error". I'm using Internet Explorer 6. I've searched the
Crystal knowledge base and seen a couple articles about this, but they
mention the wcsisapi.dll file and I can't find that anywhere. I did receive
errors regarding modules that failed to register when installing RAS, but
then I ran the repair install and it completed without error.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
