Error : ActiveX component may not be properly installed or registered For FUNCTION FIELD

Hello ,

I have downloaded VRW beta I and integrated it with VDF 15 ( RC 2).
Report is working fine .. I can create new reports also.
But in VRW while adding "function field" on a report .. it is giving error for Function field Editor as ..

I tried to reinstall VRW again.. But still I am getting this error ...
and I can not edit / type anything in function editor ( plz see attached image)
So what should do for this ?
