Codemast Comboform

I recently had a need for a non db aware comboform to be used in a report view that shows descriptions from the DAW CodeMast and type tables. This control needed to return the Codemast code and not the description. I think this is essentially what the DescriptionValidationTable object is supposed to do except this is not tied to a DD.

I had searched the forums and saw numerous inquiries and some offereings on how to do this, but nothing lept out and struck me as being all that easily usable. The attached class does this very nicely and is quite simple, hopefully some others will also find it useful. Usage instructions are in the package.
